Save the Date
On May 19th and 20th, eleven Smithsonian American Art Museum fellows will present talks about their research, 1:00 to 4:30 pm in the museum’s McEvoy Auditorium, 8th and G Streets N.W., Washington, D.C.
Among their topics: “Benjamin West: Sculptor of Empire,” “Putting on the Ritz: Dandies, Race, and Modernism,” and “Pan-Americanism and Prejudice in Southern California, 1933-45.”
A wine reception will follow after the final talk.
