- Thank you to everyone who voted in the poll to let society and SEI keep donations
- Update from Chapter Leaders Meeting
- Society finances are not too bad, conference hotel gave money back, bundled membership is ongoing still issues on getting money to chapters but issues are being ironed out, more to come on conference content from St. Louis, society looking at options to let members keep their membership even if they can not pay for it in the coming year
- WALRC and Backlund Award Update
- Recipients returned awards given cancellation of annual conference
- Update from Chapter Leaders Meeting
- Thank you to everyone who voted in the poll to let society and SEI keep donations
- Website and Communications Reports (Courtney Tkacz, Chris Needham, Roger Lawson)
- Uptick in usage since social distancing, membership directory and listserv page most viewed during social distancing period
- Reach out to Chris welcomed members to reach out to him if they have content to be added to the website
- Roger reported we have 131 subscribers on the listserv, total of 86 posts during the year
- Treasurer’s Report (Anna Tomlinson)
- Backlund award was returned so we have additional $750 than what is shown on the report. Received $400 in bundled membership fees. Question about whether recipients will be awarded funds in the upcoming year. Jennifer will follow up with Greg on this issue.
- Humanities Commons Implementation Task Force updates (Roger
- Awaiting memorandum agreement from Michigan State University. ARLIS/NA received a Kress award to cover costs for the first two years. Members of the implementation task force have test accounts. Hope to launch in June or July.

- ARLIS investigating how to allow joining more than one chapter in bundled membership, contact Nancy to get rosters of our chapter, requested people to complete management survey

- More explanation needed in last bullet point about what type of support for Special Funding Requests the committee would provide, removed some explanatory text for more generalized language added language under Activities about the Chapter Chair serving as liaison to the ARLIS Development Committee, motion made to approve amendment, seconded. Amendment adopted.
- Stephanie Hilles shared we will be the only chapter with a fundraising committee
- Roger moved to move charge as written, Kathy seconded, motion is approved 26 yay, 0 nay, 2 abstentions

- Upcoming Meetings (Jennifer)
- Fall: Baltimore Public Library (September)
- Possibility of a virtual meeting, will make a decision by mid-July, if BPL can not host and we can meet in person then we need a backup physical location, suggestions – Walters Art Museum, Temple University has a new library and/or Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia
- If we need to do a virtual meeting we could bring in speakers from anywhere

- Possibility of activating the chapter level mentorship program to local iSchools, possibility of collaboration with certificate program at UMD and Catholic University, more informal meetups between meetings, virtual programming could focus on diversity and inclusion, reach out to Southeast Chapter to see what they are doing
